About us

Our organization is a dedicated international initiative that was established in 2004 by Rev.Matthew Suroya in Nepal. With a foundation of self-reliance, we have expanded our reach to the most remote areas of South Asia, focusing our efforts on villages in Nepal and Pakistan where Rev.Suroya discovered vulnerable minority communities in dire need of support. By the grace of our Lord Jesus, we have successfully assisted and rescued thousands of individuals from the grips of affliction and oppression.
MWM thrives with the unwavering commitment of our diverse team, composed of both paid staff and passionate volunteers who are devoted to our mission. Our operations are entirely funded through the generous donations of compassionate individuals who believe in our cause. We work hand-in-hand with marginalized churches and local organizations to amplify our impact. We invite all kind-hearted souls to join us in this noble endeavor, offering their support and prayers as we strive to bring hope and empowerment to those in need. Together, we can make a profound difference in the lives of many.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

MWM was established by Rev.Matthew Suroya with the objective of enhancing the lives of individuals worldwide, irrespective of their religion, caste, or creed. The organization is committed to collaborating with various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) that prioritize humanitarian interests. MWM also extends its support to individuals willing to volunteer their time and efforts to uplift marginalized populations.
The personnel involved with MWM are dedicated and selfless, demonstrating a strong commitment to our mission. Our initiatives encompass several key areas:
- Establishing churches to promote spiritual development and community cohesion.
- Engaging with underserved populations in Asia to facilitate their upliftment.
- Conducting outreach visits to villages to inspire and motivate local communities.
- Providing assistance to individuals facing societal persecution, with a specific focus on persecuted Christians.
- Broadcasting Gospel radio programs that aim to reach a broader audience.
- Creating Biblical Training Centers in various locations to educate and empower individuals in their faith.
Through these initiatives, MWM endeavors to enact meaningful change and offer hope to those in need.
**ABOUT US**
Our organization is passionately committed to addressing the pressing needs of impoverished local communities, focusing on progressive humanitarian efforts that aim to uplift the lives of those most vulnerable—such as the blind, orphans, and individuals seeking social justice. With a deep sense of sincerity and goodwill, we endeavor to achieve our goals by uniting individuals of all faiths to collaborate as dedicated volunteers and partners. We firmly believe that barriers of caste and creed should not hinder our collective mission; thus, we warmly welcome both affluent and less fortunate volunteers, as well as committed workers who are motivated to make a difference.
Our outreach is particularly aimed at the challenging terrains of the high hills of Nepal, the lush and dense forests of India, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Pakistan, as well as the modest dwellings of those living in poverty. We are resolute in our commitment to uplift these communities through deliberate and compassionate efforts. In addition to our outreach, we conduct small-scale training courses and hands-on camps that equip participants with essential skills for various industrial jobs, fostering self-reliance and empowerment.
With unwavering determination, we are confident that, in the years to come, we will reach significant heights in ensuring the quality of our work and making a profound, lasting impact in the communities we serve, instilling hope and inspiring change along the way.

OUR SERVICES

**YOUTH DEVELOPMENT**

At Masiha World Mission, we wholeheartedly believe that the youth of today are the bedrock of our nation’s future. In recognition of their vital role, we are excited to roll out an array of transformative programs designed to inspire and motivate young individuals toward enhancing their career trajectories and making meaningful contributions to society.

Our initiatives encompass a rich tapestry of training sessions and dynamic activities tailored to equip youth with essential skills and knowledge. Through hands-on workshops, motivational seminars, and leadership opportunities, we encourage young people to explore their passions and discover their potential. By fostering a culture of collaboration and growth, we aim to cultivate a sense of responsibility and ambition within them.

We understand that investing in youth not only shapes their personal and professional futures but also has a profound impact on the communities they inhabit and the country as a whole. Through our dedicated efforts, we aspire to ignite a spark of inspiration in the next generation, empowering them with the tools, confidence, and vision they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Together, we can build a brighter future and nurture a wave of positive change that will benefit us all.

**Adult Education**

Masiha World Mission is dedicated to supporting adults who have worked diligently throughout their lives to provide better opportunities for their children. Many elderly individuals lack fundamental reading and writing skills, which can impede their personal growth and that of their families. To address this issue, Masiha World Mission undertakes initiatives in various villages and cities to organize adult education programs.
These programs are designed to improve literacy and cognitive abilities among participants, ultimately enhancing their knowledge base. The benefits of education extend to the entire family, fostering an informed and empowered community. Through these efforts, Masiha World Mission aims to facilitate meaningful change and uplift the lives of those it serves.

Child Development
We arrange scholarships for children who are from poor families, physically disabled, and orphan children. We had arranged a hostel for the disabled and orphan children who were not taken care of by their families and society. We are providing clothes, food, and education to these children which will help them to have bright futures.
Hygiene And Sanitation
People in the village don’t have the knowledge about health care. There were no toilets so people used to go in open areas. We organize some programs for creating awareness about health issues that can be created by not utilizing toilets and by drinking water directly from rivers with boiling. Due to our awareness programs many people in the village have built toilets. Such awareness programs have helped decrease diseases.
Skill Training
Many people in South Asian countries are jobless and are forced to move without any work. So we provide many training such as handicraft training, mushroom plantation training, tailoring training, etc which have helped them to stand on their own feet and be self-dependent. Many women can handle their families and take care of their children with their own jobs through training provided by us.
Theological Training
  • Masiha Mission provides theological training
  • Missionary Diploma in Ministry (6 months)
  • Discipleship Training (3 months)
  • Pastoral Training (1 year)
This training is especially for those people who want to show their talent but are unable to show it and are from remote areas.
